Smooth system and method. The smooth system is composed of manual lubricating oil pump, oil separator, throttle valve, oil pipe, etc. The machine tool adopts the periodic smoothing method. The spindle sleeve, longitudinal and transverse guide rails and three-way ball screw are smoothed through the oil separator with a manual smooth oil pump to improve the service life of the machine tool.
